PLACING AN ORDER
All pieces are handmade at sHu NYC in Manhattan. Items are usually in stock, however, some are made-to-order. For jewelry not in stock, please allow 1-4 weeks prior to shipment. In stock items usually ship 3-5 business days. We will contact you regarding your expected delivery date.
SPECIAL ORDERS
We do accomodate special orders from customers such as ring size and slight adjustments to the length of a necklace or bracelet, and even the addition of different gemstones. If you wish to have a custom piece made, please contact us directly via email at: vonloew.shunyc@gmail.com.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Once an order is placed, we can not offer a refund, only an exchange for an item or items of equal or greater value. Exchanges must be received within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Item received must be in perfect condition and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please note any store credit issued expires after 6 months. REPAIR
Please contact us with your name, contact number and a brief decription of the repair required: info@shunyc.com. We will contact with you an estimate if needed. Most repairs within 3 months of purchase will be free of charge.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Free USPS ground shipping on all domestic orders. You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 working days at most destinations.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying
All orders are billed in US dollars and shipped via USPS priority international mail. Cost is $29 and estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days. All orders shipped overseas and to Canada are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.
